Refund policy 48 hours 50% refund 24 hours 100% refund Change/Booking 12 hours before Lesson Policy Please read carefully before booking a lesson. By booking, you agree to the following policy. ⸻ 1. Language Use During Lessons • Outside of casual expression practice, polite (keigo) language should be used. • Respectful communication is required at all times. 2. Booking Lessons • Lessons must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. • Bookings made less than 12 hours before the lesson may not be accepted. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson start time. • If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, the full fee will be charged and no refund will be issued. 4. Communication and Gifts • Communication with instructors must be related to lessons only. • Personal meeting requests and private contact are not allowed. • Small gifts as a token of appreciation are acceptable, but excessive, inappropriate, or pressured gifts are strictly prohibited. • All communication must go through official channels (lesson platform or email). 5. Behavior Expectations • A respectful and professional attitude toward instructors is required. • Inappropriate behavior or boundary violations may result in termination of lessons without refund. 6. Lesson Environment • Please ensure a quiet and stable internet environment for lessons. • Technical issues on the student’s side are the student’s responsibility. 7.
